Suh family has moved to Colorado, US from Seoul, Korea to Fort Collins on March 2008 and remodeled Abo's Pizza place into Sushi place. Suh Sushi Restaurant was established on September 15, 2008 on 200 W. Prospect road, Fort Collins, CO and started sushi restaurant business. In 2017, Suh family decided to open second location and remodeled Tap's Sports Bar as Suh Sushi Korean BBQ on 165 Boardwalk Drive, Fort Collins, CO. They added Korean Style BBQ tables with the barbeque grills and started business to serve sushi and Korean cuisine together on January 2018. Suh family closed the first location on Prospect Road in 2019 and combined the business to Boardwalk location. Sushi 1 in Greeley is brotherhood restaurant of Suh Sushi Korean BBQ.

This was my first Korean BBQ experience. We got the combo for 3 people and it was the perfect amount of food. Really delicious flavors and a fun experience. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often!
